The notes say offline local play restricts island names containing numbers or words reported as inappropriate. That is why this generator rejects numbers in the optional custom field. The tool cannot know every regional filter or character limit, so every result is an idea rather than a guarantee. If a name is rejected, shorten it, remove punctuation, replace unusual spacing, or choose a simpler variant.
